In the course of providing services for our clients, Cookes Crating inc. and Art Movers inc. accumulate client data including names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, art descriptions and associated client information. This information is stored on our computer system database and in hard copy files comprised of bills-of-lading, inventories, email copies, estimates and associated information. Additionally, we also collect client information for billing purposes, including credit card information. We do not sell or disseminate client information. We hold our client information in strict confidence and will only use the information to provide our clients with our services. We may use your personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation or in connection with Court proceedings. Our employees all sign NDA’s. We contract with an IT company to keep our databases secure and the data is backed up daily on the cloud. Our hard files are held under lock and key.
